Privacy Policy — QuikCliqs

QuikCliqs (“we,” “us”) connects homeowners with service providers through Cliqs — trusted circles built on real recommendations from people you know. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what control you have over it.

Information we collect

Account info — name, email, and phone number, whether you sign up directly or through Google or Apple sign-in.
Address — street address, city, state, and ZIP, entered when requesting service or set on your profile.
Photos and documents — photos of the problem you’re requesting help with, and any insurance or warranty documents you choose to upload.
Job details — descriptions of the work needed, quotes received, and the terms you agree to with a service provider.
Ratings and shared job stories — reviews you leave for contractors, and any job details you choose to share with a Cliq.
Cliq membership — which trust circles you belong to and your role in them.
Service provider info (for SP accounts) — business name, phone, trades, and service area.
Device push token — used to deliver notifications to your phone, if you enable them.

How we use it

To analyze photos and descriptions of a problem with AI, and give you a coverage read and a matching recommendation.
To match you with service providers — through your Cliq, our contractor network, or local search — and to rank the quotes you receive.
To send quote requests to service providers, and to notify you when a quote or update arrives.
To calculate a service provider’s QuikScore reputation from completed jobs and ratings.
To keep the service safe — reviewing reports of abusive content or users.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with what’s needed to run QuikCliqs and get you a quote:

Sign-in providers (Google, Apple) — only if you choose to sign in that way.
Local search — to help locate service providers in your area.
Infrastructure and service partners who host the app, store data securely, and deliver email and AI analysis on our behalf. They can only use your information to perform that function for us — never for their own purposes.

A service provider you request a quote from receives your job details, and, once you select them, your contact info and address — never before.

What we don’t collect

We don’t request precise GPS location — addresses are the ones you type in. We don’t process payments or store any card or bank information; homeowners and service providers settle up directly with each other.

Your controls

Edit your profile information at any time from your account page.
Unshare a job story you posted to a Cliq at any time.
Block another member, or report content that violates our community guidelines.
Delete your account at any time from your account page — this permanently removes your account and everything tied to it, and can’t be undone.

Data retention

We keep your information as long as your account is active. Deleting your account removes it immediately and permanently.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and accounts can only access their own data.

Children

QuikCliqs is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

California residents

You have the right to request access to, or deletion of, your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Use the account deletion option above, or contact us below for an access request.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Continued use of QuikCliqs after a change means you accept the update.
